Our reception printer was jamming three times a day. We’d spent AED 4,200 over six months on a third-party repair guy who’d show up two days late, swap a roller, leave us another invoice. We rang PrintMPS more out of desperation than hope. The engineer came the next morning, photographed a worn drum AND a misaligned paper tray the previous guy had been ignoring. He could’ve quoted us another repair. Instead he was honest: “this machine has another six weeks in it, max — you’ll get a better deal switching to a rental now than spending another dirham on it.” We switched the following week. Haven’t called repair once in eight months.
